    ---------------

Users have frequently reported you for spam, bad faith arguments, and most recently discomfort at your posting history about pedophilia and the "beauty" of little boys.

    ---------------

    Hi,

I read that someone wrote to a moderator that I write in pedo subs and I was banned from r/classicalmusic after this. You have to know that he gave you false information. Infact here in Reddit there are not pedosubs: they are against the rules of the website! However, there are subs that incite to violence towards pedophiles, and I wrote some posts there because I don't approve incitation to violence. That user simply gave you false information.

In the text of the "ban reasons" you wrote that I wrote posts about pedophilia. This is also false: pedophilia means "sexual attraction to children" or "sex with children", therefore to write posts about pedophilia means to write sexual stuff about children. I never wrote sexual stuff about children: I only wrote that children are beautiful and that Kevin of Home Alone is a beautiful child. Do you really classify this as "pedophilia"?

Now I'll comment the rest of the text.

    > Users have frequently reported you for spam, bad faith arguments, and most recently discomfort at your posting history about pedophilia and the "beauty" of little boys.

Spam: I am simply ranking pieces of classical music and this requires many different polls for each piece. Some users like this, some others don't. A user told me that my table (which contains a list of classical pieces ordered according to the raking of the users) was very useful for him to find pieces of classical music, since he is a newbie and he needs to know popular pieces. The moderators asked to reduce the number of polls and I reduced the number by 50%. I don't think that I have ever been disrespectful.

Bad faith arguments? Who decides what are the "bad faith arguments"? I think that the "bad faith arguments" were given by the people who told me that I was using "bad faith arguments". Who decides who is right in a discussion? Do the moderators have to decide who brings the right arguments in a discussion and ban people who, ACCORDING to them, don't write the right arguments?

Now, if you will unban me, I won't write other posts about the snobbery towards soundtracks and stuff like that (as requested by the moderator), but I have to say that I don't really understand what is the problem and what does "bad faith arguments" mean. It's subjective! If there was the rule "no bad faith arguments allowed" everyone might be banned, because everyone writes "baid faith arguments" according to someone else!

    Best regards,

    MendelssohnFelix
