From all what above stated in the previous paragraphs it appears rather clear that the loss was due to a fraud / embezzlement and this may also be confirmed by the fact that the sub-carriers have never provided to issue a declaration of theft (as far as we are aware).

In a very unofficial and confidential way we indicate that we have been in contact with Mr. PINCO PALLINO not directly but through another person on occasion of which we have been told some information about the real facts (in this way the elements collected can not be released to the forces of orders and this was the guarantee taken by Mr. PINCO PALLINO).
The latter – always through another person – admitted to have taken the cargoes (he had never have intention to deliver the shipments to destination) and to have sold them to some organizations. Among the lines we were told that he was also cheated / duped by his contacts as he sold the cargoes to them but he was then paid (so he became, in turn, a victim).
The above was however given as a very confidential information and not to be disclosed to third parties, in any case, as such, it can not be used and it remains a simple information given by a third party the trustworthiness of whom is unknown.
